Located on the Avalon Peninsula and a short 30 minute drive west of St. John's on the Trans Canada Highway. This private, secluded, and wooded area is home to many cottages and summer residences. Take Brigus Junction exit from Trans Canada West. Continue for 1.5 km and turn right. Continue straight to Junction Heights Road. Turn right onto Junction Heights Road. Continue straight until the road ends. Turn left. Elm Cottage is the last cottage on the right.
